Monshun Sales has announced a commitment to Indiana. He chose the Hoosiers over Alabama, Ohio State, LSU and Texas.
Sales is a 2027 five-star out of Indiana. His commitment leaves the Tide with a pair of 2027 wide receiver commits. Cedrick Simmons is the latest wide receiver to commit to the Tide, joining Osani Gayles.
The question now becomes whether Alabama continues to recruit Sales, who spent the early years of his life in Alabama. This is likely considering there is a long way to go before the early signing period in December.
Another reason why the Crimson Tide may continue to go after Sales is that he is committed to Indiana. The Hoosiers are coming off their best football season in school history. Will this be the norm moving forward for Indiana? That remains to be seen.
