Alabama offers fast-rising 6-foot-5 Mississippi DL, plan to get him on campus two times this fall

Jeremiah Mark reported an offer from Alabama football on Thursday.

Mark is a 2027 defensive lineman prospect, and he attends Picayune High School in Mississippi. He holds recent offers from Alabama, Ole Miss and Miami. The Crimson Tide is the latest team to offer the senior.

“This offer means a lot,” Marks told Touchdown Alabama. “Alabama is one of the top schools in the nation, and they see something in me. It means a lot.”

Mark is looking forward to learning more about the Alabama football program, and he plans to be in Tuscaloosa twice this season. The Mississippi native wants to be in Tuscaloosa when Alabama plays East Carolina and when the Tide plays Georgia.

At 6-foot-5 and 270 pounds, he has an explosive first step and gets off with a great feel for timing the snap of the football. This explosiveness combined with his frame and agility should allow him to continue to develop into a guy who can turn speed into power.

“I have the best get off in the state,” Mark said.
