NC State transfer wide receiver Noah Rogers was seen warming up on the field ahead of today’s Florida State vs. Alabama game.
Rogers suffered a leg injury during Alabama football’s A-Day scrimmage this spring, and he has not played a game so far this season. Rogers is a 6-foot-2, 206-pound wide receiver that is currently in his senior season.
Currently, Rogers is not listed on the Alabama football depth chart, but he could make his Alabama debut soon. Head coach Kalen DeBoer told reporters on Monday that Rogers could return in one or two weeks.
Ryan Coleman-Williams and Lotzeir Brooks have already established themselves as top wide receivers in Alabama’s wide receiver room, but there is room for other wide receivers to step up and produce. Rogers brings an experience piece to the equation that both Rico Scott and Derek Meadows lack.
The NC State transfer will get back on the field soon, and based on what he’s been doing in pregame warmups, it appears as if Rogers is ahead of schedule.
