The Alabama Crimson Tide will face South Carolina at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday evening, and the Crimson Tide is set to face star quarterback LaNorris Sellers for the third time.
The Tide were able to defeat Sellers and the Gamecocks in 2024 and 2025, and the quarterback may very well have revenge on his mind entering the week four contest in Tuscaloosa.
Alabama safety Keon Sabb took a moment to comment on facing Sellers once again this year, as Sabb claims he has seen clear growth in the talented quarterback’s game over the last three seasons.
“First time I seen him I think he was a freshman or something like that.” Sabb said. “He’s continued to grow as a player and as a person, I feel like he’s been getting better over the years, so have we. So I’m looking forward to a good matchup.”
Sellers recorded 289 total yards and two touchdowns against the Alabama defense in 2025. The Tide ultimately won the game 29-22, but Sabb and the rest of Alabama’s defensive unit will undoubtedly need to limit Sellers both on the ground and through the air to the best of their ability on Saturday.
