Alabama wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams wore a knee brace during the Crimson Tide’s game at Mississippi State, and on Tuesday, he commented on his status and why he wore the knee brace.

“I’m great,” Coleman-Williams said. “It was just for precautionary reasons.”

The Crimson Tide defeated the Bulldogs 56-23 in Starkville, and Coleman-Williams seems unbothered by the brace. He finished with three grabs for 43 yards and a touchdown. There were a couple of instances where his speed was on display while running routes to get the attention of certain defensive backs to create an opening for a teammate of his.

Overall, there should be no concern about the status Coleman-Williams going into the game vs. Georgia. It is notable that he did not have a knee brace on during his media availability on Tuesday.

Alabama hosts Georgia this Saturday at 6:30 p.m. CT. The game will be on ABC.
