There was reportedly some hope that LSU would have Whit Weeks back against Alabama.

Unfortunately for the Tigers, it now looks as if the linebacker will not be in action. CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz reported Thursday the linebacker is expected to be out on Saturday.

The linebacker played in four games this season before he suffered an injury in late September. He managed to rack up 23 tackles when he did play. Weeks went down with an injury against Texas A&M, and he has not played in a game since.

The last time Weeks played against Alabama was in 2024, when the Tide defeated the Tigers 42-13. He had 15 tackles in that game.
