LSU legends ’embarrassed’ after Alabama dominates Tigers

A pair of LSU legends were not happy after Alabama defeated LSU 31-13 Saturday in Baton Rouge.

Leonard Fournette and Jarvis Landry expressed their disappointment after the game on the “4th and South” podcast.

“I’m so fu**ing disappointed,” Fournette said.

“The shit embarrassing,” Landry said.

Landry and Fournette went on to place some of the blame for the loss on the Tigers’ starting quarterback Sam Leavitt.

“I don’t think Sam Leavitt is the one,” Fournette said.

“He looked hurt out there, bro,” Landry said.
”He looked like he still don’t have it all. Like, from the, I don’t know if it’s the hamstring or it’s the ankle or whatever he dealing with. He still look like he’s dealing with an injury for one.
For two, it’s like, I understand that he got some mobility. He got some Baker-esque type, you know, abilities to get out the pocket and use his feet, but if you are looking at Baker, comparing Sam Leavutt to a Baker Mayfield, Baker Mayfield road, he has to.
Like, we are designing runs for Sam Levin to be a part of our offense, and I just don’t think that’s something that is gonna beat teams like Alabama. He’s not fast enough to make those explosive plays like we saw Trinidad Chambliss make an Ole Miss.
He’s not fast enough to make those, he’s not a home run threat when he when he’s running the football, but it is a weapon for him.”

The win gave the Crimson Tide’s playoff hopes a huge boost.
