Bair attends Burley High School in Burley, Idaho. He holds more than 25 D1 offers, but he currently has Nebraska, Michigan, TCU, Boise State and Oregon in his top five. The 2024 recruit is listed as a four-star recruit on multiple recruiting sites.
Bair’s offer list has continued to grow over the last few months. His latest offers come from Georgia, TCU, Arkansas and Alabama.
The Idaho product’s elite speed is breathtaking and verified as he holds a PR 10.18 in the 100-meter dash.

Bair is a wide receiver on the gridiron at 6-foot-2 and 195 pounds. His speed gets discussed a lot and deservedly so, but he is also an athletic wide receiver prospect with an impressive vertical as he has pulled off some trick dunks on the hardwood in the past.
