Alabama signed three talented freshmen offensive linemen for its 2024 recruiting class.

Nick Saban likes what he has in Casey Poe, William Sanders, and Joseph Ionata, but he told reporters the Crimson Tide is still in the market for linemen with experience. He gained one on Saturday from the NCAA transfer portal.

Naquil Betrand, a former offensive lineman for Texas A&M, committed to the Tide from the portal.

The 6-foot-6, 342-pounder has four years of eligibility remaining. He arrived in the Aggies’ top-ranked 2022 signing class, but Betrand entered the portal on Dec. 23.

He will have an opportunity to push Elijah Pritchett (redshirt freshman) for a starting spot at right tackle next spring.
