Will A Quarterback Take Full Control Of The Job?
Alabama football is close to announcing a starting quarterback, according to offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb. Will a certain quarterback force the Crimson Tide’s hands in this one by showing command of the offense? Both will likely have an opportunity to do so. Austin Mack took the first reps with the ones in Alabama’s first scrimmage last week. He has also continued to lead the Tide’s signal callers through drills. However, there has been a lot of positive buzz around Keelon Russell as of late. This scrimmage is sure to be quite telling with an announcement of who the starter will be on the horizon.
