Both the time and network for Alabama’s Southeastern Conference opener is in place.

Head coach Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide will travel to Nashville, Tenn., on Sept. 23 to face the Vanderbilt Commodores at Vanderbilt Stadium at 2:30 p.m. (CT) via CBS Sports.

Commentators Brad Nessler and Gary Danielson will have the call, as this would be the first time the two schools have squared off since 2011. Alabama won that matchup at Bryant-Denny Stadium, 34-0 to secure a victory for its homecoming.
