For the city, it is something about seeing Lyndell “Mack” Wilson, Shaun Dion Hamilton and Henry Ruggs III all come home that really excites the residents.
While he is training at Madhouse for the upcoming NFL Scouting Combine, Wilson brought smiles to Carver High School – his Alma mater – as he provided self-made designer T-shirts for the basketball team.

According to a photo from Maria Martin of WSFA 12 News, the shirt has Wilson’s favorite caption on it “Nobody Safe: Only the Strong Survive.” Empowered by an alumnus, Carver won the Class 6A Regional Final on Tuesday as it took down Sidney Lanier High School.
Prior to his arrival at the University of Alabama in 2016, Wilson was a five-star prospect.

His natural instincts as a headhunter quickly made him a favorite among fans, and his four interceptions in 2017 helped guide the Crimson Tide to a national championship.
He totaled 71 tackles a season ago, but Wilson’s eyes are set on trying to become the first linebacker called in the upcoming NFL Draft. With the combine set for next week, he has to prove to all 32 teams that he is better than Devin White of LSU and Devin Bush of Michigan.
