According to Al.com, former University of Alabama defensive back Kyriq McDonald (middle) appears to be transferring to the University of Cincinnati.
McDonald who left the team in February was reported to be looking at Cincinnati as a possible destination last week and has now made it a reality.
The 5’11” safety mainly served as a special teams contributor for the crimson tide as a redshirt freshman. He finished the 2018 season with seven total tackles in five games of playing time.
