Nick Saban and Alabama football are stacking up talent for the future, and the Crimson Tide's 2025 recruiting class is a clear sign they plan to continue their success.

The class is headlined by the nation’s best junior wide receiver Ryan Williams. It also included some budding homegrown talent along with a few prospects from neighboring states. 

Here is an early look at why this class will challenge to be one of Saban’s best. 

Ryan Williams - 5-Star WR

Some feel Williams has the potential to be a generational talent at wide receiver. The Saraland High School product can do it all at wide receiver, and he is nowhere near his ceiling. The Mobile area product holds a PR of 10.47 in the 100-meter dash, and his speed translates over to the gridiron. He can create separation from the moment he gets out of his release and is effective at getting more room to work at the top of routes. He is also explosive in space and can make moves in tight quarters.

Jaime Ffrench - 5-Star WR

At 6-foot-2 and 175 pounds, Ffrench has displayed advanced route-running ability and great ball skills in the past. He is also effective after the catch. The Florida product will look to make his own case to be the nation's best 2025 wide receiver. One of the more impressive parts about Ffrench's game is awareness at wide receiver. He always seems to know where he is at on the field at all times, whether he is running towards green grass after the catch or making sure he gets his feet in bounds to secure a catch.

Zion Grady - 4-Star EDGE

Grady is in the conversation to be the nation’s top 2025 edge, and he was a significant get for the Crimson Tide. Alabama seemed to push the pedal all the way down to get him on board early. The 6-foot-4, 235-pounder will fit into their defense like a glove. He is exactly what they are looking for in an outside linebacker. The Troy, Alabama product is explosive, but his strength and versatility will open the door for him to be used in a variety of ways.

Anthony Rogers - 4-Star 

Rogers is originally from Alabama. He transferred to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida before the start of last season. The Alabama native was tabbed as the next big-time running back prospect when he burst into the recruiting scene as a freshman at Pike Road. He has verified speed as he can run a sub 11 100-meter dash consistently. He is a hard-nosed running back, who has earned his “Turbo” nickname. Not only is he productive out of the backfield in the run. He has experience making plays while lined up at wide receiver and running routes.

Mason Short - 4-Star 

Short is a massive offensive lineman, who has a tendency to tower over his high school teammates and his  competition. He lines up at left tackle Evans High School in Georgia at the moment, garnering a four-star rating from most recruiting sites. The Georgia product is projected to be an interior offensive lineman at the next level, which fits the way he blocks as he uses his size and strengths to bully defenders. He continues to block and keeps his feet moving until the whistle is blown.

Antonio Coleman - 4-Star 

Coleman is listed at 6-foot-2 and 265 pounds. He is quick off the football and can disrupt plays early in their development. He consistently beats offensive lineman out of their stances and is hard to block with his impressive strength. Coleman is also a relentless pass rusher when quarterbacks drop back, and he is effective at fighting off blocks and playing in space.

Dontrell Glover - 4-Star 

Glover attends Langston Hughes High School in Georgia, and he garners a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites at the moment. He is projected to be an interior offensive lineman at the next level. The four-star has shown flashes of being agile and versatile. 

Myles Johnson - NR

Johnson is a mystery to some because his offer list does not match up with the other Alabama pledges and other top 2025 recruits at the moment. This is in large part due to the fact he did not play football this season due to an injury. He camped at Alabama last Summer and earned an offer from Nick Saban. He is a fast and explosive athlete, who could really be a running back or linebacker at the next level. The Tide likes him as a linebacker.
