Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer kept all three freshmen defensive linemen Nick Saban signed in this recent class.

Two were in-state prospects, including one that Crimson Tide fans are very excited about.

Jeremiah Beaman, a four-star from Parker High School in Birmingham, Ala., was one of the most consistent defensive linemen in the recruiting cycle. He displayed power, speed, quickness, explosiveness, athleticism, and leadership throughout his high school tenure.

He came into the program at 6'4"and 265 pounds, but Beaman has transformed his body to look like a collegiate defensive lineman. He has trained with Coach Leonard Stephens of Step-By-Step Performance in Birmingham. Beaman shared a video to X with the caption, "In the lab with my dawg @CoachL_."

He is doing everything to increase muscle mass and add healthy weight.

Stephens shared on social media that Beaman started at 255 pounds in January, but he's now 290 pounds.

The increase of 35 pounds shows how serious Beaman wants to break into the rotation and get playing time.

He desires to make an impact as a freshman and we will see what he is able to provide.
