The running back room is once again stacked for Alabama football.
Alabama has five players on its roster at the position, including two talented true freshmen.

Jase McClellan, a senior, returns as the most experienced back. He returned last season after facing an injury in 2021, totaling 655 rushing yards, 174 receiving yards, and ten touchdowns. The native Texan brings speed, power, vision, explosiveness, and vesatility in the passing game. He has all the makings of a featured back, but the Tide also has Roydell Williams and Jam Miller.
Williams totaled four rushing scores in 2022 while Miller had two rushing touchdowns.
