Last season, Nick Saban thought he had the coaching staff that would be with him for the long haul at the University of Alabama. With their minds occupied on other jobs during the most critical part of the year, Saban decided to the pull the plug for a second straight offseason. Every college head coach deals with regular player turnover. Few head coaches also deal with assistant coaches / coordinators in a revolving door. To Saban’s credit, he prepares players and assistants for the next level. I hope this new crew will stay to build the team together to the next level. Roll Tide! ???
