Alabama football brought in several talented wide receivers in its 2022 signing class, but one has taken off as a primary playmaker in this offense with Jalen Milroe under Tommy Rees.

Isaiah Bond, a former four-star, is having a good season.

A native Georgian, Bond leads the Crimson Tide in receptions (34) for 467 yards and three touchdowns. He averages 13.7 yards per catch and is the No. 2 option behind Jermaine Burton. Thanksgiving is Thursday, and Bond has helped the Tide advance to the Southeastern Conference Championship Game, where it will face Georgia on Saturday, Dec. 2 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

He knows Alabama has a College Football Playoff opportunity, but the sophomore receiver is thankful for his platform to encourage today's youth in the Tuscaloosa (Ala.) community. Bond shared a photo of him on Twitter speaking to youth and encouraging students at a local elementary school. He captioned the photo, "Thanksgiving time be thankful for what you have."

Bond is thankful for the opportunity he has to be an impactful player, student, and person at the University of Alabama.

He faces Auburn in the Iron Bowl this weekend at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
