The University of Alabama football team will start fall practice on Thursday, Aug. 4, while its annual fan day is slotted for Sunday, Aug. 7 inside Bryant-Denny Stadium at 2:30 p.m. According to a press release from UA, the first 150 fans that line up at Gate 45 at 1 p.m. will receive numbered color-coded wristbands for early entrance to the post-practice autograph session. Fans receiving wristbands will need to report to Gate 25 at 4 p.m. to begin lining up for the autograph session.
Viewers will enter the stadium beginning at 1:30 p.m. through gates 12, 16 and 45 and occupy the lower bowl (sections A-N and AA-N). The open practice, which begins at 2:30 p.m., is scheduled to last approximately two hours. Upon the end of practice, Alabama’s coaching staff and players will be available for pictures and autographs. The gate to the field will be open once the autograph session has been set up. In an effort to facilitate as many autographs in the time allowed, fans will be limited to one item per person for autographs, and no posed photographs will be permitted.
Parking for fan day will be located in the West ten Hoor area of campus.
