After a huge comeback victory over Ole Miss, Alabama returns home Saturday to face Kent State.
Head coach Nick Saban played defensive back for the Golden Flashes from 1970-71, and was a graduate assistant on defense for four years (1973-76). The last meeting between the Crimson Tide and Kent State was in 2011; a match-up that Alabama won 48-7 at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Both schools will square off Saturday at 11:00 a.m. (CT) as the Tide looks to improve to 4-0, before its second conference game against Kentucky.
