16 And Counting: Alabama on bye week, Eddie Jackson’s replacement and more

A 33-14 win over Texas A&M gave Alabama sole possession of the SEC West.

Its offense was able to run the football, while the Crimson Tide’s defense limited the Aggies to 14 points and 278 yards. Despite earning a victory, Alabama suffered a huge loss as safety Eddie Jackson broke his leg.

He will miss the rest of the season, forcing coach Nick Saban and his staff to find a replacement.

Its bye week came at the right time, but Alabama is still preparing for LSU. On Monday, the 16 And Counting team recapped the Texas A&M game, discussed Jackson’s replacement and crowned three kings of the season.
