The Crimson Tide are well on their way to landing a top-five recruiting class. Their 2019 class is currently ranked as No.1, according to most recruiting outlets. As the Tide continue to work and build connections with some of the top players in the nation, here are some names that could be choosing the Tide in the near future.
Will Reichard
Reichard is the nation’s No. 1 kicker. He expressed to yours truly that having the opportunity to play for the Tide has always been a dream of his. He has been on commitment watch for a while now and his decision is expected to come in the next couple of weeks. A commitment from Reichard is going to be huge for the Tide. Alabama has had problems in the kicking game in the past and they most definitely want to get some talented kickers to Tuscaloosa.
Hakeem Beamon
Beamon is set to make his decision on June 16 and the Tide will get his last visit before he makes it. He will attend Alabama’s football camp on the 9th and inform coaches of his decision on the 10th. He told me the Tide is most definitely in the mix.
“I like Saban’s philosophy of the game and the way that their players think,” Beamon said. “They are a really great program that expects their players to play to a certain standard.”
Marcus Banks
Banks is set to make his Commitment this summer as well. The Tide are in prime position to land this outstanding defensive back. He told me that Alabama speaks for itself. He will take an official visit to Tuscaloosa on June 15-17, which should help the Tide sealed the deal with Banks. If he chooses the Tide, he will be their third defensive back commit.
