A giant smile has been on Scott Cochran’s face all week.
He is proud to see his players at the University of Alabama reach their target weight goals for football; however, the school’s director of strength and conditioning saw some of his former guys at Alabama’s Strength and Conditioning Facility helping out with summer workouts.

With Cochran making sure players hit the grind with purpose, standouts such as Christian Miller, Jamey Mosley, Mark Ingram and Blake Sims were in attendance. While a few took this moment to engage with fans on social media, all the players assisted the 2019 unit in weight training.

According to Alabama football’s twitter account, a video was posted of Miller and Mosley getting ready for their first NFL season. Both guys are excited about the new chapter, but have not forgotten the place that’s made them special. Miller was drafted in the fourth round to the Carolina Panthers and Mosley signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent.
