Mack Wilson Makes Impressive 40 Yard INT in Browns Preseason Game

via: Ken Blaze USA Today Sports

It seems as if Mack Wilson isn’t quite done wowing the NFL world with interceptions as the rookie linebacker made another acrobatic interception in the Browns first preseason game against the Washington Redskins.

But simply coming down with the ball wasn’t enough for Wilson. He was going to take it the distance.

At the 11:02 mark in the second quarter Redskins quarterback Dwayne Haskins attempted to throw a back should pass on Wilson down the right sideline. Unfortunately for Haskins it was a pretty poorly thrown ball as Wilson reached across his body to complete the interception.

After he quickly regained his footing, the former Alabama linebacker proceeded to return the pick 40 yards in the opposite direction while stiff-arming Haskins and powering through tacklers to score a touchdown.

The fifth-round pick is not taking anything for granted during the preseason. He has already garnered extremely positive remarks from his coaches and fellow teammates.

If Wilson continues to make plays like this he may be looked at as the potential steal of the draft.
