If you didn’t already think it’d be hard getting into Bryant-Denny Stadium this weekend then you have another thing coming. The University of Alabama released a statement via its athletics website encouraging fans to arrive at the stadium early in order to help move the crowds along.
The statement read:
“Bryant-Denny Stadium gates will now be open at 11:30 a.m., three hours prior to kickoff, on Saturday for the Crimson Tide’s matchup with LSU. Due to heightened security and large crowds, it is highly recommended that fans arrive well in advance of the 2:30 p.m. start time to be expedited through the security screening process.”

It was reported on Monday that President Donald Trump is expected to attend the matchup which is likely the reason behind the extra security.
The attendance of College Gameday and SEC Nation’s shows will also be on campus to draw crowds which will be a factor in the traffic.
College Gameday will be set up on the northeast corner of the quad around Lloyd Hall and begins at 6 a.m. SEC Nation will be held on the lawn in front of Moore Hall and also begins at 6 a.m.
