Alabama players are constantly placed under a microscope during the NFL Draft process.
The system is not different for Mac Jones and DeVonta Smith.

Despite the success both had in 2020, draft experts have nitpicked the duo. Mac Jones set records as a first-year starting quarterback; however, people feel that it’s hard to evaluate him because of the teammates around him. As for Smith, he won every award imaginable — including the Heisman Trophy — but his small frame continues to be a point of emphasis for analysts.
Jones and Smith led the Crimson Tide to a College Football Playoff National Championship last season.

Regardless of those who doubt them, both players are set to prove critics wrong. The advice I offered is to watch the tape on both individuals, and one will see why they are first-rounders.
