Alabama football will have its LED lighting feature on display at Bryant-Denny Stadium for Saturday’s game versus Southern Mississippi.

SEC Network will have the call at 6:30 p.m. CT, as the Crimson Tide looks to clean things up after a close victory over Florida at “The Swamp.”

Some fans are nervous about the Tide facing Ole Miss next week. Lane Kiffin scored 48 points against Alabama’s defense in 2020, and he will make his first appearance in Tuscaloosa since being the Tide’s offensive coordinator from 2014-16.

Before the October matchup, Alabama has to maintain its focus and intensity against the Golden Eagles.

Southern Mississippi has a good defense and an offense that runs the option. After having issues versus the Gators, the Tide has an opportunity to get better at defending the option attack. Offensively, it is time for Alabama to open its playbook. Tide fans want to see four things against the Eagles, and they are listed below.

1. Better communication on the offensive line

Bryce Young has ten touchdown passes (tied for third in college football), and his quarterback rating of 84.2 is ninth in the sport.

He has excelled as Alabama’s starting signal-caller through three games; however, he has suffered four sacks.
