One former Alabama running back now has a new home in college football.
Kyle Edwards, a three-star in the 2020 signing class, entered the NCAA transfer portal on June, 5. 2021.

He spent seven months in the portal, but Edwards is now pulled out. As a Louisiana native, he returns home to attend Southeastern Louisiana in Hammond, La. Edwards announced the news today via his Instagram.

He is the fifth player from the 2020 class, joining Drew Sanders, Jackson Bratton, Javon Baker, and Ronald Williams, that left Alabama via transfer portal. Sanders (Arkansas) and Williams (Michigan State) found new programs.
Bratton and Baker have not found a new place yet. Crimson Tide fans wish Edwards the best at SLU.
