Highland Home 6-foot-3 sophomore LB Jakaleb Faulk has SEC programs lining up to recruit him

Jakaleb Faulk

Jakaleb Faulk has multiple SEC programs itching to get him back on campus.

Faulk attends Highland Home High School in Alabama. He holds 21 Division 1 offers, including offers from multiple SEC programs. A few of those programs are standing out to the 2025 recruit early.

“Georgia, Tennessee, Florida and Auburn,” Faulk told Touchdown Alabama when asked who was showing him the most love.

The Highland home product looks filled out at 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds, and he is only a sophomore. His impressive offer list can be credited to his size and play on the field, Coaches love his potential position versatility at the next level.

“They like I am pretty explosive and versatile when they come to watch me,” Faulk said. “I am coachable, and I can also lead my team.”

Faulk was a standout at the Under Armour Next Camp in Atlanta Sunday. He was tasked with slowing down some of the best running backs in the Southeast while they ran routes of the backfield. He fared pretty well, but he feels it showed him what he needs to improve on.

“I need to improve on breaking down on routes because running backs are shifty,” said Faulk. “You got to be able to be quick with them. So, basically breaking down on routes, and I got to work on my jamming a little bit more.”
