Bryce Young will wear a number in the National Football League that is familiar to him.

According to NFL insiders, the California native is wearing No. 9 for the Carolina Panthers.

Young got selected at No. 1 overall in the NFL Draft, becoming the first-ever No. 1 selection for Alabama football in the Nick Saban era. He rocked No. 9 in three seasons for the Crimson Tide, winning a Heisman Memorial Trophy in 2021.
