He took the field for the Detroit Lions for Friday’s practice, but Jahmyr Gibbs will miss Saturday’s rookie minicamp session.

According to the Detroit Free Press, Gibbs suffered a minor tweaked ankle in Friday’s practice. The coaching staff does not see it as anything serious, but they want to be careful with him. Gibbs was the Lions’ first selection of the NFL Draft at No. 12 overall.
