Hines attends Dekaney High School in Houston, Texas. Alabama becomes the 23rd program to offer the four-star wide receiver. He previously held offers from Michigan, Texas, Tennessee, Penn State and others.
Hines’ rise as a recruit seems to be a result of his impressive sophomore season.
The 2025 recruit pulled in his first offer from Lane College in January. His recruitment has steadily grown since then.
The 6-foot-1, 175-pounder can reportedly run a 4.49 forty. His forty time is backed up by a PR of 10.8 in the 100-meter dash. He finished last season with 867 receiving yards and eight touchdowns.
