A former four-star from Alabama’s 2014 signing class is looking good in organized team activities.
RELATED: Cam Sims signs with Las Vegas Raiders
Cam Sims, a Louisiana native, was on two College Football Playoff National Championship teams for the Crimson Tide in 2015 and 2017 as a wide receiver. The 6-foot-5, 220-pounder did not get selected by a team in the 2018 NFL Draft, but Washington signed him as an undrafted free agent. He played five seasons there, totaling 57 catches for 804 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Now, Sims is in the AFC West with the Las Vegas Raiders. He is performing well in OTAs, looking smooth in his routes and catching passes. It is going to be exciting to see how he fits into an offense with former Tide star, Josh Jacobs.

Injuries prevented Sims from becoming a superstar at Alabama, but he did have 41 catches for 467 yards and two scores.
