The blessings keep on rolling in for Jalen Hurts.

He brought his game to a new level in his third season for the Philadelphia Eagles, accounting for 3,701 passing yards and 35 total touchdowns in 2022. Hurts carried his team to the playoffs, outplayed Patrick Mahomes in Super Bowl LVII, and nearly won the matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Philadelphia locked Hurts into a record-breaking contract — five years, $255 million — but the 24-year-old has his eyes on a Vince Lombardi Trophy.
He did, however, receive a significant honor from the BET Awards over the weekend. Hurts won the award for Sportsman of the Year.
He continues to win over the hearts of fans and critics in his growth as a player.
