Alabama has two scrimmages in the books and 14 days until its season opener.

Reporters were not allowed into the final game-like practice at Bryant-Denny Stadium, but Touchdown Alabama Magazine received sourced information on what happened. The quarterback race has been highly discussed all summer and will continue to be a conversation. Nick Saban told the media all signal-callers got an opportunity to play. Sources told TDA that Eli Holstein, a freshman, tossed a long touchdown pass. Saban praised four-star Dylan Lonergan, as he turned in some impressive plays.
