If one thing was made clear ahead of Thursday Night Football’s matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos it’s that Steve Smith and Jerry Jeudy don’t like each other.
Smith, a former NFL wide receiver turned analyst, lambasted the former Alabama wide receiver due to some off-the-field comments.
Smith explained that in the past he had referred to Jeudy as a “JAG” (just a guy) when it comes to his placement in the NFL receiver ranks but since Jeudy had started the season off playing well Smith attempted to reach out and offer an apology and clarify his comments.
But when Jeudy responded he made it clear that he wasn’t interested in burying the hatchet according to Smith, which is what led to his pregame segment on NFL Network where he doubled down on his comments.
