Nick Saban spotlighted Alabama’s senior outside linebacker, Quandarrius Robinson, during his Monday press conference.
Robinson, who is from Birmingham, Alabama, was a stand-out against Arkansas on Saturday. He had a total of six tackles in the Crimson Tide’s win.
The Birmingham native has waited for his opportunity to establish a role on the Tide’s defense after signing as a member of the Crimson Tide’s 2020 recruiting class. He has contributed for Alabama on special teams in previous seasons. Saban complimented Robinson’s contributions on special teams on Monday.
“Que played good,” Saban said. “He played very well. He’s been a core special teams guy for us and one of our better special teams players probably ever, here. When he had opportunities to play in the game, he did a good job.”
Robinson is a part of the Crimson Tide’s third down pass-rushing package. He will look to have more success moving forward.
