Former Alabama wide receiver Jaylen Waddle will be in Miami for the foreseeable future.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Waddle and the Dolphins have agreed to a three-year deal worth $84.75 million on Thursday making him one of the five highest-paid wide receivers in professional football.

Waddle, who was Miami’s first-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, has been a go-to target for quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, alongside fellow receiver Tyreek Hill.

In his three seasons in the NFL, Waddle has started 47 games recording 251 receptions, 3,385 receiving yards and 18 touchdowns.
