
Alabama football’s defensive lineman, Jeremiah Beaman is up to 300 pounds plus this spring ahead of his second year with the Crimson Tide.
Beaman continues work while the Crimson Tide are on spring break.
Leonard Stephens (Coach L) of Step by Step Sports Training in Birmingham, Alabama posted a video of Beaman working out, and it appears the Alabama native is carrying his added weight with ease.

The former four-star is a name to watch this spring and fall for the Crimson Tide as Alabama football has him listed at 312 pounds on its current roster.
