Ryan Williams wants to blow NFL scouts away when its his turn to show what he can do ahead of getting drafted.
Williams was able to get a preview of how his pro day will look in the future when he caught passes for Jalen Milroe on Wednesday. Milroe shined by throwing the football well and clocking in a 4.37 40-yard dash. Williams was pumped for Milroe’s Pro Day showing, but he also let his former quarterback know he is trying to beat his forty-yard dash time.

“We already talked about it, me and J Mil (Jalen Milroe),” Williams said. “So he has a sneak peek on what he thinks I’m going to run.”
Williams did catch the eye of viewers along with Isaiah Horton, Rico Scott and Germie Benard while serving as receivers for Milroe.
“It was definitely a fun experience, but I just try to do what’s best for my former quarterback, Jalen Milroe, and just communicating with him throughout the day,” Williams said. “It was just exciting to see him light it up like that and just me being able to be a part of it and help him out a little bit.”
Fortunately for Alabama, Williams still has at least two seasons left in Tuscaloosa.
