Brandon Arrington is a dual-sport athlete, who is showing his speed is next level on the track while continuing to be recruited by Alabama football and others.
Arrington recently clocked in a 20.35 200-meter dash time at the Arcadia Invite, breaking the meet’s record of 20.48 held by Lyles, who took home gold in the 100-meter dash at the 2024 Olympic Games.
Brandon Arrington absolutely destroyed Noah Lyles @arcadia_invite 200m record.
Sheesh.
