ESPN’s Chris Fowler will be on the call for Alabama football versus Indiana in the Rose Bowl.
Fowler has called the Tide’s last three games alongside Kirk Herbstreit. The commentator has spent a lot of time studying both teams ahead of Thursday’s broadcast of the game. He said he has enjoyed studying the Indiana defense, and all signs point to the Tide having to play at their very best to defeat the Hoosiers, according to Fowler.
“It’s a pleasure to watch this Indiana defense,” Fowler said on his latest Instagram post. “I’m telling you, Alabama fans, some of you will know this, but some of you are going to be surprised to hear me say it. Unless your offense plays a lot better and your offensive line blocks a lot better and creates some balance, you’re in a lot of trouble against this Indiana defense. So bring the A game, pun intended, or Bama could get run out of the Rose Bowl. Indiana’s favorite for a reason. I’m really impressed with this team.”
Alabama football is a touchdown and an extra point underdog to the Hoosiers, a few days before the Rose Bowl.
