A pair of Alabama football analysts has been invited to join NFL teams for a diversity coaching fellowship program.
The Baltimore Ravens invited Brad Aoki. The Los Angeles Rams invited Juan Rodriquez.
Rodriquez is an assistant offensive line coach for the Crimson Tide. He has been on the Tide’s staff since Kalen DeBoer took over in Tuscaloosa. He was previously on DeBoer’s staff at Washington.

Aoki is a pass game specialist for the Tide. He was previously an analyst at USC. He spent two seasons with the Trojans as an offensive analyst. The Honolulu, Hawaii native played football for the Trojans from 2019 to 2021 before becoming an offensive student assistant. Aoki played wide receiver and quarterback for the Trojans.
