Star Alabama safety named an AFCA Good Works Team nominee

Alabama Crimson Tide star Bray Hubbard has been named an AFCA Good Works Team nominee, per Alabama football on X. 

Hubbard is widely regarded as one of the top safeties in the nation entering his senior season at Alabama in 2026. The star defensive back has shown his true colors on numerous occasions during his time on the gridiron, but Hubbard now finds himself making an impact off of the field as well. 

The AFCA’s nomination of Hubbard is a direct result of his work as a leader around the Tuscaloosa community throughout his first three seasons at Alabama. The talented senior has truly made an impact in a multitude of ways, and Hubbard now finds himself in prime position to shine throughout his fourth and final season as a member of the Crimson Tide in 2026. 

Hubbard finished the 2025 season with 79 tackles, 1.5 sacks, four interceptions and three forced fumbles.
