Former Alabama Crimson Tide offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor played a critical role in a multitude of ways last season.
Proctor was widely regarded as one of the top lineman in the nation during the 2025 campaign. The talented big man was able to contribute in a handful of ways, as Proctor found himself in the Crimson Tide backfield taking snaps at running back on an extremely limited number of 0ccasions last season.
Star Alabama defensive back Zabien Brown recently took a moment to share his thoughts on the Tide’s trick plays last season, as Brown believes there could be a handful of candidates in the mix once again this year.
“I don’t know. I feel like all of our big guys can move, honestly.” Brown said. “Jackson Lloyd when I watch him run gases, I’m like, that dude, he’s a big guy who can run.”
Lloyd is a massive offensive tackle with elite athleticism considering his size. The talented big man could find himself in the midst of numerous trick plays across 2026, and Lloyd is expected to begin his sophomore campaign in Tuscaloosa as the Crimson Tide’s starting left tackle.
