Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy made headlines during one of his live streams on TikTok.
During the stream Jeudy held up the No. 4 which was then reportedly clipped and edited out of context alongside questions from the chat to show that the former Alabama wide receiver preferred Deshaun Watson to be the team’s starting quarterback, according to ESPN.
When speaking with reporters on Wednesday, Jeudy clarified that the video was clipped and taken out of context and that prior to the tamper, he was holding up four fingers to his daughter answering a question of how old she was.
“I threw out the four because she’s 4 years old,” Jeudy said.
The Browns are currently interlocked in a quarterback battle between Watson and Shedeur Sanders.
“I don’t know what they’re thinking in their mind, so I had to just go up there and … clear it up to them and know what really happened and not what the media portrayed it to be,” Jeudy said.
