Where Alabama Wolf LB feels he has improve the most ahead of year 2

Alabama football’s wolf linebacker Justin Hill feels like he is continuing to get better ahead of the 2026 season.

Hill is set to enter his second season with the Crimson Tide. He is coming off a year where he had 10 tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss after playing in every game last season as a true freshman.

The 6-foot-3, 245 pounder feels he has gotten better in quite a few ways during the offfseason including the way he gets off the line of scrimmage when the ball is snapped.

“Obviously, my get-off,” Hill told reporters when asked where he has grown the most since the spring. “Just working on hands at the point of contact, being more stern with my hands, whether I’m speed to power or ripping off of guys. Just being more physical and quick.”

Putting in the work to get better every day is something Hill is prioritizing.

“I work every day trying to get work on what I need to work on and watching film and seeing what I got to fix,” Hill said. “I think I’ve worked on a lot for sure.”

Hill is expected to play a key role on defense for Alabama this season. While Yhonzae Pierre will start at the position, Hill will likely se who’s fair share of snaps.
