Former Alabama defensive lineman Quinnen Williams signed a three-year $105.9 million extension according to Ian Rapoport. This deal makes Williams one of the highest paid defensive linemen in the NFL but is also the most guarantees at signing for a defensive tackle in league history.

Williams will have an average of $35.3 million per year with $101 million guaranteed and $63.35 million guaranteed at signing.

The Cowboys traded for Williams midway through last season after playing his first six full seasons with the New York Jets.

Williams added a much needed presence in the middle of a struggling Dallas defense and will look to continue to make as similar impact for the duration of his new deal.
