Alabama still pushing to flip Auburn 4-Star DL commit

Donivan Moore is committed to the Auburn Tigers, but he is still feeling a push from a few different programs.

Moore is a 2027 four-star defensive lineman out of Bessemer City High School in Alabama. The Auburn pledge is still receiving heavy interest from Alabama and an ACC school.

“I would definitely say Alabama and North Carolina,” Moore told Touchdown Auburn. “That’s about it right now.”

The Crimson Tide and Alabama’s defensive lineman coach Freddie Roach made it clear to Moore the Tide was not going to stop recruiting him shortly after he committed to the Tigers.

“He (Roach) told me just because I’m committed, he’s not going to stop recruiting me,” said Moore. “I respect a man like that.”

Moore considers his relationship with the Tigers to be ‘very strong.’

“They’re very loyal to me,” Moore said. “I’m loyal to them. I feel like that’s gonna be home for me.”

Moore is unsure when or if he will visit any other schools this season, but he knows he will be at Auburn quite a bit.

“I know for a fact I’ll be at all of Auburn home games this season,” said Moore. “I’m not sure yet I’ll be taking any other school visits.”

It will be interesting to see if the Crimson Tide or Tar Heels can get him on campus for a visit this fall.

At 6-foot-4 and 273 pounds, Moore displays strength at the point of attack. He also possesses great length and an impressive frame with the ability to turn and run and get after the football. Moore is one of the nation’s top 2027 defensive lineman prospects.
