An exciting young player for the Denver Broncos suffered an injury Thursday in OTAs, but he is okay.

Jerry Jeudy, a former first-round pick, collided with a defensive back during a team period. According to James Palmer, a National Correspondent for NFL Network, Jeudy limped off the field and sat the rest of practice on the sideline.

Broncos’ head coach Sean Payton does not think it is anything serious. He called it a minor thigh bruise and didn’t seem too concerned. Jeudy enters his fourth NFL season in the fall. As a University of Alabama alumnus, he set career highs for receptions (67), receiving yards (972), and touchdowns (six). Jeudy wants to be on the same page with Russell Wilson for the season.
